This Los Angeles-based production company was founded by David Ngo in June 2004 when he realized that his hopes of becoming a secret agent were dashed. Hence, "Double Oh Three" is an subtle homage to his elusive dream. Break-up Therapy is a collaboration between Double Oh Three Productions and Visual Communications, the premiere Asian media arts center in the United States.
